GotzzLabes is responsible for Trial of Light. This policy describes the Android game. No login, registration or account is required to play.
Data and local progress
The game does not request names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, precise location, contacts, photos or payment details. Progress, scores and preferences are stored on the device and are not sent to a GotzzLabes progress server.
You can delete this data through Android’s app storage controls. Deletion may erase saved progress.
Platform diagnostics
Depending on platform and device settings, Google Play may provide diagnostics and technical reports such as app version, device model, operating system, non-precise region and crash information. This information is used to assess stability and performance.
These diagnostics follow the platform’s controls and policy; they do not mean that the game requires an account or sends local progress to GotzzLabes. Options to limit diagnostics depend on the device and Google services.
Advertising, purchases and sharing
Trial of Light does not display advertisements or offer in-app purchases. We do not sell personal information. Any diagnostics made available by the platform are used for maintenance and support, not advertising.
Progress stays locally until deleted. Diagnostic records processed by Google are subject to Google’s retention and controls and may be processed outside your country. Voluntary support messages are handled as described in the contact section.
Security and children’s privacy
No registration is required to read this policy. Parents and guardians may contact us with questions or concerns about inappropriate processing of children’s or teenagers’ data. Check the game’s store listing for the age rating and declared audience of each version.
We apply measures proportionate to the data under our control. No method of storage or communication is completely free of risk.
Your rights and contact
You may request information, access, correction or deletion of personal data under our control and exercise rights under applicable law, including Brazil’s LGPD. Email gamergblock@gmail.com and identify the game and your request. Do not send passwords or payment details.
When you contact us, we receive your email address and message to respond and handle your request. We keep these records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal obligations. We may ask only for information needed to verify the request. Data held exclusively by platforms or providers is also subject to their controls.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when features or data practices change. The current version and date remain available on this page. Changes requiring additional notice or consent must be addressed in the corresponding game version.
